These Terms of Use apply to OC Remote (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

OC Remote is an iOS client that connects to server endpoints you configure. The App does not operate or host your server.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• the server URLs, credentials, and provider settings you configure;
• all prompts, files, commands, and other content you send through the App;
• keeping your own infrastructure and credentials secure.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, third-party provider terms, and the policies of systems you connect to.

Third-Party Services

The App interoperates with services that we do not operate, including your configured OpenCode server, AI providers and OAuth services, Apple's App Store, RevenueCat, and the model hosting service used by WhisperKit. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple, with RevenueCat used to retrieve offerings and manage purchase, restore, and entitlement status. Prices and available products are shown in the App Store purchase flow. Billing, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to Apple's terms and applicable law.

Dictation and Model Downloads

Optional dictation requires a WhisperKit model download and microphone access. Transcription is performed on device. A transcript becomes server traffic only when you submit it to your configured OpenCode server.

Local and Server Data

The App stores settings and project metadata locally and sends requested content to the server URL you configure. New versions will no longer cache session history for offline use; older app versions may retain limited local session snapshots. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Trademark and Affiliation Notice

OC Remote is an independent software client. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenCode or Anomaly Innovations, Inc. References to "OpenCode" are for compatibility and interoperability purposes only.

Availability and Changes

The App may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. Features and behavior may change between versions.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for data loss, service interruption, misconfiguration, or issues arising from your server/provider setup.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
